Automatically let volunteers know when they have been assigned to a date, as well as remind them a few days before they are scheduled and on the day that they are scheduled. If there is an open slot in the schedule, the system will also email all volunteers who can be assigned to that role.

Brian began teaching himself .NET development when he was in highschool and has continued teaching himself development through college where he is now studying Information Technology Management as well as Cyber Forensics and Security. He also has a passion for audio visual production (starting from when he was 7 years old) and spreading the Gospel through his passions. When his church needed a scheduling solution for the AV team but couldn't afford the premium solutions and the other free solutions proved to be lacking, Brian decided to create his own scheduling software for the AV team. It quickly became apparent that other ministries at the church would find this software useful; so he began expanding it to not only support multiple ministries but also make it available to other churches that could find it useful.
